Confused by nutrition? This talk will bust some nutrition myths, hopefully bringing you a clear and positive voice of reason amongst fad culture!
Rebecca is a performance and health nutritionist, providing practical courses as well as working with 1-2-1 clients. She graduated from the University of Manchester in Philosophy and Spanish, swam for Great Britain and worked as a chef before studying Nutrition. All formative stepping-stones in her mission to educate both young athletes and the general population on the principles of nutrition. A philosopher at heart, she encourages athletes to critically engage with the information and empowers them with the competence and autonomy to make their own decisions about food.
