I'm helping raise money for Amnesty International UK!

My name is Prithija Perem. I was at BGS from 2013 to 2024. I have worked with multiple charities at BGS, including Amnesty International, and I wanted to continue helping them while at university. I am raising money for Amnesty International UK by participating in the Everest Base Camp Challenge. I will trek to the iconic Everest Base Camp, a multi-day trek to a significant altitude (5,645m above sea level).
The Old Bristol community's donations will help Amnesty International UK expose human rights abuses in the UK and worldwide and campaign for freedom and justice. Amnesty International UK works on various issues, including women's rights, refugee rights, the human rights impact of climate change, and supporting individuals whose rights have been violated.
