Join us for our latest Old Bristolian Lecture at 6.30pm on Wednesday 12 May where we are joined by Old Bristolian and journalist Ed Davey (1994-2001).
Ed started out working for local newspapers before moving to the BBC, where he was initially a writer for the UK page of the BBC News website. From there he moved into investigative journalism, becoming Investigations Producer for BBC London for a number of years, worked on investigations for Radio 4, was a reporting on Money Box, went undercover for Panorama and presented on the BBC World Service.
Most recently Ed, has been undercover as a commodity trader in Papua New Guinea to reveal environmental crime and human rights abuses. Ed is also the author of three historical/espionage thrillers published by Duckworth, under the penname E.M.Davey. You can read more from Ed on his twitter page.
