Notice is hearby given that the Annual General Meeting of members is to be held at Bristol Grammar School, M20, on Tuesday, March 8th 2022 at 7.00pm.

Agenda:

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Approval of the Minutes of the AGM held on Tuesday, July 20th, 2021.

3. Report of the Society Committee.

4. Treasurer's Report and Statement of Accounts to September 30th 2020.

5. Election of Officers of the Society.

6. Election of Representative(s) of the Old Bristolians' Sports Club.

7. To consider resolutions

8. Any other business within the scope of this meeting.

Nominations of member, duly seconded, to act as Officers of the Society should be emailed to the Secretary as below to arrive no later than Tuesday February 22nd, 2022. Officers presenting themselves for re-electiondo not need to be formally seconded.

The Officers of the Society are the President, the President Elect, the Chair of the Committee, the Vice Chair of the committee, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Society's School Liason Officer, the Society's Archivist,the Editor of the Society's magazine "Bristolienses", the Sports Club officer, the society's AROPS representative and the Society's Careers Co-ordinator.

By nomination of the Committee the President of the Society and the President Elect of the Society for 2022-2023 are Kate Redshaw and Peter Jakobek respectively.
